  1. Reverse Hyper Extension: Lying chest down on the end of a bench, dumbbell between legs – Glutes!
  2. Band Pull-Aparts: Turn thumbs towards back
  3. Externa Rotations
  4. Angels/Devils: Lie chest down on the floor, feet raised. Swim beast stroke!
  5. Clam Shells/Banded Side Steps
  6. Face Pulls (long, extended rope)
