Core exercises

These are essential exercises as recommended by Old School Iron on YouTube:

  1. Weighted Pull up/Chin up
  2. Bench Press (Dumbbell more comfortable than Berball)
  3. Squat (use box and heel wedges as necessary)
  4. Deadlift
  5. Overhead Press
  6. Barbell Curls (21’s)

GOAL: Progressive overload in order to maximise growth potential of muscle.

TARGET: 3 x Sets of 5 Reps : 75%-80% of Max

(If you plateau, reduce weight/increase reps to failure)
